How you receive it
The original affidavit is sent by tracked mail to the mailing address in your account profile. The commissioning is included in every price.
Filing it
You are responsible for your court file, including any deadlines for filing the affidavit with the court. Confirm them with the court or an Ontario lawyer or paralegal.
